Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Summary: We're seeking a Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services to school-age children. In this position, you'll diagnose and treat speech, language, and communication disorders remotely, collaborating closely with educators and parents to ensure each student's success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to align therapy goals with classroom and home environments.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Requirements:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Possess CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or meet eligibility criteria.
• Be licensed in state of Minnesota and current state of residence.
• Preferably have prior experience working with school-age children.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using teletherapy technology.
• Have a reliable internet connection and appropriate workspace.
