Summary This position is located at Texas Roadhouse Restaurant Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. This announcement is in conjunction with the JBLM NAF HR Office Job Fair at the Eagles Pride Golf Course in Tacoma, WA on Tuesday, 06 May 2025 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Responsibilities Set tables, arrange place settings/table decorations, receive guests, make dining suggestions, answer questions about food/wines/etc, take orders, place orders with the kitchen, and receive food/beverage orders. Collects cash or payment by credit card and maintains sales record. May provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary. Clears and cleans tables and other customer service areas. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications 1. Must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment; The State of Washington requirement is 18 years or older. 2. Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change. 3. Able to communicate effectively in English. 4. Previous work experience performing the duties listed above. Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
