We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Delivery Driver to support our growing distribution & warehouse operations. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of our products between internal departments, external partners and our customers. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, compliance and safety while always keeping the focus on customer satisfaction. They also support warehouse operations as needed, contributing as a reliable and valuable team member.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Transport products between facilities, storage locations, and customers.
  • Loading delivery trucks, inside delivery and inside pick-up at customer sites.
  • Pick up soiled products at customer sites and returning them to our recycling consolidation facility.
  • Ensure safe and secure delivery of sensitive, finished goods in compliance with company protocols.
  • Replenishment and restocking of products to customers’ shelves under white glove service may be required.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including driver logs.
  • Uphold professionalism and quality service in all interactions with internal departments and customers.
  • Availability for overtime if required.
  • Assist warehouse in:
  • Receive, inspect, record and put away incoming products
  • Pick, pack, verify and stage outgoing sales orders.
  • Double stack & shrink-wrap gaylords at recycling center
  • Support inventory management through routine cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized and compliant warehouse environment.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling.
  • Availability for overtime if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Valid driver license with a clean DMV driving record and ability to obtain medical card within 30 days of hire (expenses covered by company)
  • Forklift & electric pallet jack certification or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire (will be trained & certified on the job).
  • Basic computer skills. Experience using ERP and/or TMS is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency and customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
  • Physically able to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • May involve standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
  • Includes indoor and outdoor tasks and regular driving responsibilities.
  • Ability to get in and out of a 26' box truck using the truck's liftgate.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training in logistics, supply chain, or life sciences is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience as a delivery driver

Location: Billerica, MA

Compensation: $24-26 hourly

Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
