Job Description

FIRST DAY ORIENTATION is Friday at 9AM - 6:30PM. You will be required to show up 3 hours later for your first day where you will complete onboarding and safety training. If you are not in proper dress attire you will be sent home.

Regular schedule: Fri-Sun, 6AM-6:30PM

Mandatory OT throughout November and December

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Perform all functions related to the processing, packing, and sorting of customer orders

Post-processing of customer orders operating such equipment as Banding, Shrink-Wrap, Scanning, and Packing.

Product binning: Sort all packaged orders into correct bins to complete customer orders before sending to logistics for

shipping

Packing: Ensure all items of customer order products/packs are packaged together. Place order into sufficient boxing before

taping, stamping, and sending to logistics at production target rates.

WIP Movement (Water Spider): Deliver and replenish customer orders and materials throughout production processes.

Use manual pallet jacks as needed

Use scan guns as needed to help sort and complete customer orders

Ensure area remains clean and up to 5S standards, including performing regular inspections to make sure no malfunctioning

equipment or materials are used within production or packing.

Perform regular quality checks, working to consistently reduce internal defects and ensuring a quality product is delivered

to the proper customer on time

Staying compliant with minimum performance and accuracy expectations

Adheres to company standards and SOP guidelines

Must be fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.

It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
