Pay : $18 - $23 per hour (weekly pay)

Schedule : 1ST, 2ND, 3RD SHIFT

Must be bilingual(Spanish & English) and have no scheduling restrictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support up to 150+ employees in a warehouse.
• Manage payroll and ensure accurate timecard reporting.
• Address personnel issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct regular safety and communication meetings with clients.
• Oversee employee attendance and performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment through training and safety checks.
• Maintain accurate customer and employee records.
• Customize training and retention programs.

Additional Duties:

• Assist with Workers' Compensation claims.
• Conduct accident investigations and safety audits.
• Operate warehouse machinery like Electric Pallet Jacks, Reach Trucks, and Forklifts.
