Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Join our dynamic B2C warehouse team in Bethlehem, PA, as a Warehouse Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong command of Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively manage our multilingual team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing warehouse operations, ensuring the seamless flow of goods, and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily Warehouse Management:

    • Supervise daily operations including receiving, shelving, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
    • Conduct regular stock counts to maintain inventory accuracy and address discrepancies promptly.
  2. Team Management:

    • Lead and manage frontline warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Coordinate team schedules to ensure adequate manpower during peak periods.
    • Provide training and guidance to enhance team skills and efficiency.
  3. Quality Control:

    • Oversee the quality inspection processes to ensure products meet company standards.
    • Manage customer returns and complaints, analyze root causes, and propose improvements.
  4. Equipment and Safety Management:

    • Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and conveyors.
    • Enforce safety protocols and provide safety training to prevent workplace accidents.
  5. Operational Optimization:

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Analyze operational data to optimize warehouse layout and resource allocation.
  6. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and other departments like Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely order processing.
    • Manage communications with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
Requirements Language Skills:

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multilingual environment.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in B2C warehouse management, preferably with experience in e-commerce and large-item orders.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team of 10 or more.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).

Basic data analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.

Educational Background:

High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.

Other Requirements:

Adaptability and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Results-oriented with a track record of improving efficiency and customer experience.

Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods, including holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving large items and operating equipment.
