Overview

Parking Attendants (Non-Driving)

Pay Rate: $16.22 per hour.

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Houston, TX

Shift & Schedule: Weekends, Evenings, Various Shifts Avaliable

Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for Full-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Issue tickets to customers and ensure all required information is accurately recorded.
• Handle exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) following company policy, including completing the relevant forms.
• Being an active and engaging team member with a positive attitude
• Provide the company’s standards of service with every customer interaction including...
• Maintaining the required uniform appearance at all times.
• Stating the company greeting and additional information/directions.
• Answering customers questions and resolving customer issues promptly.
• Thanking customers sincerely upon their departure.
• Be prepared to be on your feet and active throughout the shifts, standing walking, and occasionally assist with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• Assisting with any other special projects assigned by location manager.

Must haves:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Physical Demands: the employee will be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands-to-fingers, handle tools
or controls, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects
up to 25lbs.

Work Environment: the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The
employee is regularly exposed to fumes and airborne particles. The noise level in this work environment
can range from minimal to moderate.
