Our Accounting Intern position will introduce you to our Business Management Training program which fully prepares you to become a Business Manager of your own financial operation.

A key partner in our organization, the Business Manager oversees all aspects of financial management and provides balance to the partnership formed with the marketing and operational pieces of our business. We are looking to hire rising Seniors for our Summer Accounting Internship (Graduating in August 2025, December 2025 or May 2026). This internship is full time, requiring 35-40 hours/week. We are looking to hire an intern for our Administrative office in Scott Depot, WV, offering a pay of $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be graduating in August 2025, December 2025, or May 2026 enrolled full time in an Accounting or Finance bachelor's degree program for the up coming semester in a college or university.
• Must be able to start and attend our orientation class on 5/12/2024 and make a 10-12 week commitment
• Must have 3 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
  • Will consider leadership experience in organizations/clubs, volunteer work/community service or military in lieu of the work experience.
  • Will consider experience as a student athlete in lieu of the work experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
