Location: On-site | Ft. Lauderdale, FL

About the Role

As an Allied Healthcare Recruiter , youll focus on sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier allied professionals. We primarily focus on a lot of niche specialtiesincluding but not limited to Nurses, Perfusionists, Sonographers, Radiologic Technologists, Respiratory Therapists, Medical Technologists, Surgical Technicians, Physical Therapists, and more in both contract and permanent roles. We mainly do direct 1099 contracts. Working closely with our sales and client services team, youll help ensure each placement is a perfect fit for both provider and facility.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement

• Proactively identify and connect with allied healthcare professionals through cold calling, texting, email outreach, referrals, social media, and job boards .
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality, credentialed talent.
• Utilize industry-leading tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AlliedHealthJobCafe, Indeed, and more to optimize sourcing.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess clinical competency, licensure, and cultural alignment.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the processfrom initial engagement to job offer, credentialing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all credentialing and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with providers by offering expert career guidance and consistent, transparent communication.
• Partner closely with account managers and business development executives to stay informed on urgent and ongoing client needs.
• Maintain meticulous candidate records and pipelines in Salesforce CRM .

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting, ideally in allied health disciplines
• Demonstrated success with high-volume sourcing and placement
• High comfort level with outbound communication (50+ calls per day)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Our Work Environment

This is a MondayFriday, in-office role (8:00 AM 6:00 PM) located in Ft. Lauderdale, FL . Remote work may be considered for experienced, high-performing recruiters who live 200+ miles outside Florida and have a proven track record in allied healthcare recruiting.
