What Youll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the architectural team and project managers through every phase of affordable housing projects, helping transform conceptual designs into vibrant communities. Youll:

  • Develop preliminary and conceptual designs, including site plans, building layouts, elevations, and amenities.
  • Research and interpret zoning codes, building codes, and accessibility requirements at city, county, and state levels.
  • Prepare, organize, and review construction drawings and specifications.
  • Drive the plan review and permitting process to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with development teams, consultants, and construction partners to ensure projects meet design intent, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Contribute to housing solutions that have a real, lasting impact on families and communities!

What You Bring

  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Architecture degree.
  • 23 years of architectural experience
  • AutoCAD and Revit proficiency required
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with building codes and accessibility design requirements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for affordable housing and community improvement.
