Key Details:
- 100%Remote or the option to work in Santa Monica, CA
- Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
- Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Assist in case strategy development and execution
- Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members
Work Environment:
- No formal billable hour requirement
- Flexible work-from-home environment with access to the Santa Monica office
- Must be willing to commute to court when necessary
Qualifications:
- Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
- Employment Law experience preferred
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
