Flexible, hybrid/remote opportunities: we will work with you to create a sustainable schedule with limited travel and supported impact.

Ability to start Part-time and build to a Full-time caseload.

Welcoming BCBAs residing in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. *Must be able to travel to the Worcester, MA area on an intermittent basis.*

AKABA welcomes a Full time or Part time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join us in delivering high quality ABA Services in the home and community. Responsibilities of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): 

• Conduct intake and assessment (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS etc)
  
• Design and develop individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
• Complete ongoing documentation as required by insurance companies
  
• Educate parents and staff about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Model, implement and monitor progress of skills using behavior analysis
• Review documentation and and provide feedback as needed
• Case supervision via direct and indirect supervision, emails and phone calls
• Attend IEP and Quarterly meetings as needed
  

Job Pay: Non Exempt. Opportunity to make $80,000- $100,000 

Job Location: Worcester County - Our center is located in Auburn, MA with clients coming primarily from the Worcester Metro Area. We have Telehealth components that allow for partly remote works to mix in days at our center and in-home.

AKABA provides ABA services within our center, client homes and communities to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Our Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work with the RBTs and ABA Techs to implement interventions that help children improve their behavior at home and in the community by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation. Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals between the ages of 3-22.
