As we expand our services and enhance the user experience, we seek a dynamic and experienced Benefits Officer to join our growing team.

Benefits Administration and Employee Support:

  • Government Loan Management: Administer and track government loan programs, including SSS and Pag-IBIG loans, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
  • Benefit Reimbursement: Manage and monitor maternity and sickness benefit reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • HMO Administration: Oversee HMO enrollment, address employee inquiries, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Allowance Management: Maintain and update the allowance tracker, ensuring accurate distribution.
  • Employee Documentation: Generate and distribute Certificates of Employment for inactive employees.
  • Employee Support: Provide timely and accurate guidance, resolution, and support to employees regarding benefit-related inquiries.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records and documentation.

Data Analysis and Compliance:

  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze benefits data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential cost savings.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management, providing insights into benefits program performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable benefit regulations and company policies.

Performance and Objectives:

  • Achieve or exceed assigned targets and key objectives as directed by the supervisor.

  • Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
