Job Details Patient Advocate Specialist - Bilingual Spanish::
The Patient Advocate Specialist will be responsible for educating patients, family members, and guardians on unique insurance options. Collecting required information, educating patients on complex health insurance benefits, and facilitating the enrollment process.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Prefer 3 or more years in person / patient-facing healthcare experience
* Experience in case management, health insurance benefits, insurance eligibility, Medicaid, etc.
*Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Confident, out going, and personable
* Bilingual Spanish required
