Job Description
Salary: $19.69
Under direction of the Director, responsible for the formulation and monitoring of funds to implement program objectives. Track expenses, inventories, and budget balances. Maintains financial records of revenue and expenses for all grants and general funds received.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred with minimum of six (6) months to one-year of related experience. Knowledge of graphic software is a plus. Ability to meet deadlines for department, knowledge of budget/accounting principles. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions effectively; Able to work independently. Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees, and customers. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Must have competent technological skills and specifically be able to work with Microsoft Office & Windows Software. Must have the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment. Knowledge of Seneca customs, traditions, and practices is helpful. Strong organizational skills and the ability to understand and manage high-profile, sensitive, or controversial projects. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work independently. Native preference. Must have a valid NYS license.
