About the Role: 
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for our clients, guiding them through one of the most meaningful journeys of their lives. You’ll be there to offer encouragement, education, answer questions, and work along side the Journey Managers from matching to post-pregnancy. Although this isn’t a therapeutic role, you’ll be an emotional rock and resource for clients as they navigate the ups and downs of fertility care and surrogacy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a supportive link between clients and journey managers, making sure everything flows smoothly
• Team up with journey managers to support clients from their first call to post-pregnancy follow-ups
• Answer client questions and offer updates at every milestone along their path
• Be a comforting and guiding presence for clients, even after their family-building journey is complete
• Keep thorough and organized records of each journey and client interaction
• Work closely with a talented team of professionals, participating in regular meetings and journey reviews
• Educate and guide clients on everything they need to know about their fertility journey
• Stay on top of the latest in fertility and surrogacy care, continually growing in your knowledge and expertise

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• You’re a licensed counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMFT or similar) with a passion for helping people
• Experience in fertility or reproductive care is a huge plus!
• You know how to listen, empathize, and relate to a diverse range of people
• Comfortable with digital tools and remote working platforms
• Highly organized and ready to juggle multiple journeys with a sense of care and attention to detail
