Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time and part-time Sales Associate who will provide excellent

customer service to maximize sales and profit.

They will support the store manager to ensure sales goals and the COOP standards are met. This

includes assisting each customer with their individual needs; offering product knowledge; suggestive

selling; merchandising and maintaining a neat and visually inspiring boutique.

Guest Experience:

• Greets every person that enters the COOP with a warm welcome.

• Provides excellent customer service on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the register.

Visual Merchandising:

• Helps to maintain a visually inspiring boutique.

• Assists in standards including stocking; replenishing; folding, hanging; displaying and merchandising.

Operations

• Understands and follows all company policies and procedures.

• Performs COOP boutique opening and closing procedures.

• Ensure the selling floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms and stockroom are clean and well maintained.

• Participates in the inventory process.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a specialty retail store preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Able to execute tasks efficiently.

• Proactive and creative problem-solving ability.

• Flexible and adaptable.

• Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities.

• Ability to work evenings, days, weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged

standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and some climbing.

• Must be able to work alone.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
