Mon - Fri / 2nd Shift 2:45pm to 10:45pm

Mon night - Fri night / 3rd Shift 10:45pm to 6:45am

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blender to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the blending process, ensuring that materials are mixed accurately and efficiently according to established specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain the highest quality standards.

Duties

• Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials as per production requirements.
• Follow detailed blending instructions and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Conduct regular inspections of blending equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Document blending processes accurately, including batch records and material usage.
• Assist in materials handling, including receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials for blending.
• Participate in training sessions on lean manufacturing techniques and CGMP compliance.

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of CGMP standards is a plus.
• Experience in materials handling and laboratory settings is beneficial.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is an asset.
