Leadership Coach: Guide and support your team in setting annual objectives and optimize resource utilization. Compliance Overseer: Monitor adherence to organizational objectives, providing coaching to leaders for maintaining financial, quality, safety, and engagement goals. Budget Architect: Develop, implement, and monitor annual operating budgets, ensuring efficient departmental operations. Ethical Guardian: Safeguard rights of staff, patients, and the institution with ethical judgment and professional skills. Integration Strategist: Drive clinical and non-clinical integration across service lines, ensuring seamless operations across facilities. Safety Champion: Promote safe work practices and engage caregivers in reporting unsafe conditions. What You'll Bring Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree in Business Administration/MHA/MSN preferred. Experience: 8 years in leading complex regional organizations; 3 years in healthcare operations; experience in a union environment preferred. Clinical and acute care experience preferred. Operational Expertise: Ability to lead complex organizations through growth and transition in a matrixed environment. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of hospital operations, financial management, cost analysis, and budgeting. Leadership Strength: Experience working with physician leaders and ability to drive change. Collaborative Spirit: Capacity to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders and promote a culture of collaboration. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to make timely decisions involving others in key decision processes. Communication Skills: Strong communicator with excellent listening abilities.
