About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead its enterprise information security program. A proven track record in risk management and cybersecurity is essential, as is a thorough understanding of healthcare systems, including Epic-based electronic health records. The CISO will also be expected to have relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC. Leadership competencies include strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence and build consensus at all organizational levels. The role demands a proactive leader who can integrate cybersecurity requirements into enterprise processes, manage security incidents, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the cybersecurity program.
