About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer to lead the strategic development and execution of HR processes that support the organization's mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including talent recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and leadership coaching. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' HR leadership experience, with a proven track record in designing and implementing innovative HR strategies.
