Compensation & TermsProject Rate: Competitive contract rates are negotiated per project based on the scope of work, size, and complexity.Target Contract Value: Based on project scope, the target gross earnings for an individual contractor on our assignments typically starts from $25 per contract-hour equivalent.Disclaimer: This rate is paid to the Partner's business and must cover all of the Partners operating costs, including but not limited to: supplies, equipment, insurance, self-employment taxes (1099), and vehicle expenses.Invoicing & Payment: Payments are made upon submission of a proper invoice following project completion, as outlined in the Service Agreement.Financial Responsibility: The Partner is solely responsible for all business costs, taxes, and financial compliance as a 1099 contractor.Key Deliverables & ResponsibilitiesThe Independent Contractor is responsible for the full and successful completion of services. Deliverables include:Executing residential and commercial cleaning contracts according to the agreed-upon Scope of Work and quality standards set by Escarragas Luxury Cleaning, Inc.Maintaining professional cleaning standards and utilizing independent methods to achieve required results with minimal direction.Providing and safely operating their own reliable transportation to and from all job sites.Documenting work completion through a provided system (e.g., Jobber) including required before/after photos, notes, and checklists.Providing, using, storing, and transporting all professional-grade cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly.Representing their own business in a professional manner while on client premises.Schedule & WorkloadWork Assignment: The Partner is offered contracts based on client needs and requirements.Autonomy: The Partner has the full right to accept or decline project assignments. Once a project is accepted, the Partner is responsible for coordinating the cleaning time to meet the client's established deadlines and Escarraga's service window, using their own business judgment.Volume: Contracts start part-time with the potential for increased project volume. Weekend availability is highly desired to fulfill contract demands.Minimum Requirements (To Submit a Proposal)12 years of verifiable professional cleaning experience operating as an independent business.Valid drivers license and clean driving record.Proof of General Liability Insurance (required to contract with us).Ownership of all necessary professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.Able to pass a federal-level background check (following Fair Chance Act guidelines).Possesses necessary business registrations/licenses and is prepared to file taxes as an independent contractor (1099).Preferred QualificationsFamiliar with chemical safety and proper handling protocols.Experience independently managing client-facing service work.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.How to Submit a Proposal:Please submit a resume or business portfolio detailing your cleaning experience and a brief message about your professional background and service offerings.
