We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to provide ongoing support for an elderly male client with early-onset dementia.

Client Overview:

• Independent with feeding
• Showers independently (requires supervision)
• May require assistance with toileting (wears diapers as a precaution)
• Has an ostomy bag (requires emptying as needed)

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
• Support with fall prevention and safety
• Assist with toileting and ostomy care as needed
• Facilitate memory games and cognitive activities

Position Details:

• Location: Metropolitan Pkwy, Atlanta, GA
• Available Shifts: Afternoons (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) and Evenings (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
• Pay Rate: $15 – $16 per hour
