This position is responsible for maintaining the consistency and efficiency of the commercial appraisal review process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Intake appraisal requests from lending partners. Create the appropriate review tasks and their respective deadlines in the system. Prepare appraisal tasks for bid solicitation and route them to the appropriate team member. Coach lending partners on system requirements and procedures to request real estate appraisals. Oversee workflow process to ensure continual movement and efficiency. Regularly communicate with lending partners to identify and alleviate process bottlenecks. Serve as the point person for appraisal and system process questions from lending partners. Escalate questions to teammates when appropriate. Document in system files with all relevant communication. When necessary, retrieve appraisal reports from outside sources and collect any required reliance documentation. Disseminate appraisal reports to third parties when necessary and provide required reliance documentation. Manage the appraisal invoicing and payment processes. To be successful in this position, we require the following: Bachelor’s degree or an associate degree/ two years of college + two (2) years of related work/military experience OR four (4) years of related work/military experience (plus any additional required experience). A minimum of one (1) year administrative experience or related.
