We are looking to staff a part-time caregiver to start on November 4 for Tuesday and Thursday shifts from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Fulton, MD . The position involves providing companionship and supervision for two clients with dementia. At least two years of dementia care experience is required. Qualifications:

• Will need current CPR and First Aid Certification
• Preferably 2 years of experience in dementia care.
• Current CNA license
• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand care plans and assessments
• Must have current doctor's medical health clearance to work which includes a negative TB Test

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Personal Care (bathing, dressing, and transfers)
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Monitor and report physical and behavioral changes
• Assist with medication reminders
• Assist with ambulation
• Monitor BP and glucose levels
