Technical Writer 100% Remote Pay: $50,000/yr

MUST: 2- 4 years of recent Technical Writing / Editing experience Experience in proposal development for U.S. Federal Government IT support services. Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent writing, editing, and formatting skills. Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills. Ability to meet commitments and deadlines. Strong customer service orientation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivator with demonstrated ability to work independently. Strong contributor in a cross-functional team environment on complex projects. Degree or Coursework in writing, journalism, engilsh literature, etc.

DUTIES: Write, edit, and rewrite technical sections of RFI/RFP responses and proposals. Develop and integrate proposal themes, discriminators, and key success factors. Assemble compliant and compelling proposal narratives by translating technical solutions. Narrate strategies and themes into easily understandable and readable responses. Improve the readability and clarity of text by using active voice and concise language. Lead proposal content storyline development sessions with internal key stakeholders. Clarify the implementation approach, services, and products being proposed. Ensure the proper contextual integrity of each completed proposal section. Review edits from respective contributor(s).
