Job Description:
* Manage customer service work orders and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution, material procurement, and invoicing.
* Troubleshoot and resolve control-related tickets while verifying compliance with design and specifications.
* Navigate Smart Building industry trends
* Coordinate with technicians, holding all stakeholders accountable to scope, budget, and timelines.
* Maintain strong customer relationships through quality evaluation.
* Manage reporting, data tracking, and system updates
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree is preferred
* 2+ years of HVAC technical or customer service experience
* Must have experience communicating with vendors and customers
* Experience with Niagara software, NexRev, Novar, HVAC controls, and building management system (BMS) operation
