Duties

• Engage in M&A and private equity transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs.
• Draft and review complex legal documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on transactional matters.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of M&A and private equity experience.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 firm.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission in the resident office jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility in the jurisdiction of the resident office.

Skills
