Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support individuals through the government application process by providing clear, compassionate, and solution-focused assistance over the phone. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential. In addition to resolving escalated issues, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping customers understand their options, promoting adoption of our services, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
