Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will support individuals through the government application process by providing clear, compassionate, and solution-focused assistance over the phone. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential. In addition to resolving escalated issues, you will act as a trusted advisor—helping customers understand their options, promoting adoption of our services, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding live support, managing escalated customer cases Communicate clearly and effectively, providing timely updates and guidance on the government application process Engage with a diverse customer base and internal teams with excellent interpersonal skills Handle a high volume of daily calls while maintaining quality and attention to detail Collect feedback from customer interactions and relay it to the Product Development team to align the roadmap with client needs Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in B2C environments Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US Background check required Benefits Salary $40,000 - $50,000/year depending on experience Parking pass provided Complimentary breakfast and mid-day snacks Extensive opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic startup environment Health, Vision and Dental provided beginning in 2026 Work Environment Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST In-office role in Brickell, FL, 33131.
