Position: File Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately file, retrieve, and manage documents both physically and digitally
• Maintain the organization of filing systems to ensure quick and easy access to documents
• Ensure all documents are properly labeled and stored
• Handle confidential information with the utmost care and discretion
• Assist with other clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and filing software
• Preferred but not required: Knowledge of HR documents and related filing procedures
