Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonuses

The Role:
Youll be the face of our workouts, the energy in the room, and a driving force behind member retention and growth. Youll be working with P-Fits clients, using P-Fits systems, and representing P-Fits brand, while pushing yourself to make the business stronger every day.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver high-energy group and personal training sessions using P-Fits proven methods.

• Engage with clients before, during, and after sessions to keep retention high.

• Actively contribute to business growth through referrals, events, and community outreach.

• Follow our systems to protect client relationships and maintain brand consistency.
