About Our Customer
A supply chain solutions provider, specializing in handling the storage and logistical requirements of large industrial companies, is
currently seeking Warehouse Associates for their distribution center. Hourly Rate: $18.00
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 4:00 am 12:30 pm
Background Check and Drug Screening Required
What You'll Do - Check incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness, then sort items accordingly
- Inspect packages for damage or errors and report issues
- Organize packages based on destination, size, weight, or delivery route for efficiency
- Label and store packages in designated areas for easy retrieval
- Meet daily or shift-specific order processing targets
- Keep the workspace clean and organized
What You Need to Qualify - Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
- Sense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines.
- Have good attendance and punctuality.
- Follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to Carry/Lift/Push/Pull up to 35 lbs.
- Attention to detail for careful inspection of packages
- Ability to count, measure, and verify quantities accurately
What Physical Activities Will You Do? - Constant ( 100%) use of hands and wrists for sorting, lifting, and handling packages
- Constant (100%) standing and walking during the workday.
- Frequent (70%) pushing, pulling, grasping, stretching, bending, twisting, reaching overhead.
- Frequent (70%) stooping, climbing, and squeezing. Must be able to lift/push/pull more than 25 lbs.
