How do I make an impact on my team? Our Hotel Breakfast Server with their cheerful customer service attitude is the first to greet our guests in the morning and provide them with a bountiful continental breakfast to start their day.
- Greet and engage guests in conversation that can lead to further guest satisfaction
- Understand and respond promptly to guest's dietary needs
- Prepare and replenish breakfast items in an appealing manner, anticipate guests needs
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized food service area and kitchen area
- Maintain the inventory of all breakfast products and assist with food orders
- Put away food deliveries and rotate food stock based on expiration
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
What does success look like in this role?- Ability to work early morning shifts
- 1-3 years as a Breakfast Attendant
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Reliability and honesty
- Desire to contribute to a supportive and effective team
