Job Description
Divine Resource Solutions is actively recruiting for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to support a confidential client within the manufacturing industry. This individual will be responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations at a key production facility, overseeing compliance, employee relations, and recruiting activities while partnering closely with site leadership and corporate HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Site-Level HR Operations
- Manage daily HR activities including employee inquiries, timekeeping, and payroll/benefits support.
- Serve as the on-site HR subject matter expert, ensuring alignment with company policies and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with operational leaders to support employee engagement and effective communication.
Employee Relations
- Lead investigations and resolution of employee relations issues while ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Maintain detailed and confidential documentation and escalate complex matters as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate with centralized recruitment teams to manage job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate logistics.
- Lead new hire orientation and ensure compliance with onboarding processes and documentation.
HR Compliance & Systems Management
- Maintain up-to-date and organized personnel files.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all local, state, and federal labor regulations including FMLA, OSHA, and required postings.
- Manage HRIS data integrity and oversee transactions across the employee lifecycle.
Culture & Engagement
- Champion a positive workplace culture and implement local engagement initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to roll out enterprise HR programs and support retention efforts.

- Directly supervise and develop the on-site HR Coordinator.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR partners and site leadership on strategic and operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong employee relations background and familiarity with HR compliance and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now).
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive personnel matters.
- Ability to work on-site with a presence on the manufacturing floor as needed.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional time on the production floor.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
