The Mogharebi Group is an investment advisory firm specializing in the multifamily property sector throughout the Western United States. We are seeking an entry-level, full-time Junior Graphic Designer for our Marketing Team.
The Junior Graphic Designer has a key role on the Marketing Dept. Team. This position requires cross-functional collaboration with multiple departments, requiring an employee who is creative, collaborative, self-motivated, well-written and highly organized with strong time-management skills.
GENERAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and assemble various physical and digital marketing collateral using Adobe Suite/Microsoft 365 Suite (including Excel)
Works closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer on the layout, design and production activities to produce quality graphic-design artwork
Stay informed and up to date on new design programs, elements and styles
Ensure deliverables/projects are well-written and designed
Prioritize and manage multiple projects adhering to branding standards within project deadlines
Photo editing: perform retouching and manipulation of images
Design email campaigns and special projects
Create/design quarterly market reports, corporate brochures and other company collateral
Design and maintain social media assets on various platforms, mostly LinkedIn
Review marketing collateral for grammatical errors and punctuation
Print, laminate, and bind physical copies of marketing materials/collateral, understanding of various layout specs
Update website and marketing collateral as directed and maintain digital assets
Maintain organized file structure and actively maintain for the Marketing Team and Project Managers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least 1-2 years of design experience
Proficiency with Adobe Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel
Excellent writing skills
Associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
