Seeking an individual that desires to be an entry-level legal assistant with on-the-job training. The position is in a small law office dealing with corporate, probate, and real estate law. Requires good communication skills with clients. Great opportunity to learn how to help run a business.
Minimum Requirements:
· Superior typing skills (65+ wpm with accuracy)
· Exceptional grammar and proofreading skills
· High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Exceptional calendar management skills
· Proficiency with intermediate math and Excel spreadsheets
(applicants will be tested on the above)
Preferential Requirements:
· Experience in a professional office setting
· College classes
· Bookkeeping experience
