Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform various types of massage techniques.
2. Recommend and sell products to clients.
3. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring treatment rooms are tidy.
4. Keep accurate records of the clients treatments and progress.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques through continuous education and training.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
7. Perform up to 6 treatments daily.
8. Ensure adherence to Chamonix Spa Salon guest service and journey rules.
9. Maintain and follow Chamonix Spa Salon luxury standards.
10. Maintain compliance with all safety standards, health standards, and internal policies and procedures.
11. Performs special projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Active Colorado Massage Therapy License
2. Minimum of one year of experience in a spa or salon setting
3. Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
4. Confidence in client retention and retail recommendations
5. Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base Pay: $18.00 an hour
Additional Earnings:

• 30.5% commission on services
• 10% commission on product sales
• 100% of gratuities

Average take-home pay: $30–$100+ per hour
