Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing Wellness Day Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage and body treatments, including couples massage.
• Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy.
• Maintain accurate records of each session.
• Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.
• Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals.
• Assist in building a clientele through use of social media and other marketing platforms.
• Ensure a clean and safe facility.
• Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy.
• Capable of performing deep tissue & sports massage.
• Willing to learn other massage techniques - bamboo, salt-stone, salt scrubs etc.
• Willing to provide services 3-days a week, at minimum.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strongly service oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting.
• Reliable.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
• A passion for helping people look and feel their best.
