Important: You must hold an active Utah real estate license in good standing to be considered.

What You'll Handle (With Confidence):

• Own the contract-to-close process for multiple real estate transactions
• Manage deadlines, documents, and digital paperwork like a pro
• Keep agents, clients, lenders, and title reps all on the same page
• Track progress using CRMs like Brivity and ensure nothing slips
• Proactively solve issues before they become emergencies

What You'll Bring:

• An active Utah real estate license in good standing (required)
• Real estate, admin, title, or transaction experience (preferred)
• A strong grasp of contracts, timelines, and digital systems
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• High personal accountability and a love of process
• Bonus points if you’ve used tools like Brivity, Dotloop, or similar platforms
