Experienced Medical Recruiter (Contract – Up to 3 Months)
Naples, Florida | Onsite | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $50 – $55 per hour

Express Employment Professionals of Naples is seeking an  Experienced Medical Recruiter for a large, well-respected medical organization. This is a  contract position (approximately 3 months)with the potential for extension, offering a professional work environment and a strong local reputation in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit both  licensed and non-licensed medical professionals (RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Administrative Staff, etc.)
• Manage the  credentialing process and ensure compliance with all medical licensing and certification requirements
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
• Post open positions and manage candidate pipelines through ATS and job boards
• Conduct interviews, verify references, and coordinate background checks
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain organized candidate documentation
• Represent Express Employment Professionals and the client organization with professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience within a medical or healthcare setting
• Proven experience  credentialing medical professionals (required)
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and licensing standards
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with recruiting platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
