POSITION SUMMARY

The Network Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the Network team’s sales efforts by providing administrative and operational assistance. The ideal candidate will work closely with both Network Development Associates (NDAs) and Network Partnership Managers (NPMs) to streamline processes and ensure the team operates efficiently. The projected length of this role would be from November 2024-03/31/2024.

Please Note: Although the location states FL, Candidate can reside anywhere within the USA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot, ensuring the proper documentation of prospect/partner details, activities, and agreements.
• Agreement Processing: Manage the documentation process for partnership agreements, ensuring all necessary steps are completed in compliance with company standards. This includes running TIN matches, verifying information, and providing finalized documentation to the Network Partnership Manager (NPM) team for further processing and implementation.
• Fitness Facility Builds: Building new fitness facility profiles in the FitOn Health admin system, ensuring all required information is entered correctly.
• Project Assistance: Take on assigned projects to create efficiencies within the Network Development team, helping optimize workflows and processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with NDAs and NPMs to support their sales and partnership efforts, ensuring smooth operations and communication within the team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

NICE TO HAVES

 

• Experience in network development, sales support, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of fitness or health industry partnerships is a bonus.
