High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public Certification obtained through state‑specific education and exams, ensuring knowledge of notarial laws and regulations. Ability to verify document authenticity and confirm signer identity with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for explaining procedures and ensuring understanding.
