Overview A Place at Home - Montclair - A Place at Home is a distinguished senior care service dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing personalized and compassionate care. We believe in giving seniors the autonomy to live at home and live well. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources. Market our services to potential referral sources, ensuring a strong presence in the community. Engage with potential clients, understanding their needs, and conveying the benefits of our services. Act as the primary liaison between A Place at Home and the community. Represent A Place at Home at industry events, community gatherings, and other networking opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and implement marketing plans. Participate in regular coaching and training sessions to enhance skills and drive performance. Utilize KPIs and scorecards to monitor and improve performance. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in business management, marketing, healthcare, or a related field; or relevant work experience (4 - 8 years) Proven sales or marketing experience, preferably in the Home Care Industry Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Knowledge of community resources and experience in community networking Strong presentation skills and ability to convey our services\' value to diverse audiences Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented Characteristics We\'re seeking a dynamic, community-focused individual who is adept at building relationships and passionate about senior care.
