We are sustainable and eco-friendly. We are worldwide and American Made. Responsibilities Assist with safe, efficient operations of paper treating and associated equipment. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all machinery and workspaces. Understand and manipulate computer software related to the operation of the paper treating line and associated equipment. Identify conditions that may lead to substandard quality or uptime and initiate corrective action. Assist machine operators and maintenance personnel in troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance. Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work closely with others in a small team environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments. Good analytical skills. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Good mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Demonstrated perfect or near perfect attendance record. Ability to work with little or no direct supervision for extended periods of time.
