Job Description

" We are looking for a strong experienced Pega BPM CSSA Certified /at least CSA Certified with -React.js or Node.js or Java UI Development with backend spring boot framework experience. The primary focus of the selected candidate would be on developing user interface components implementing and executing them following well-known React.js or Node.js UI Front End with Spring Boot and Pega BPM. Strong Pega BPM integration experience using varies connectors/services, data modelling and Case Design experience. Strong Integration experience using Pega BPM Connectors/Services not limited to REST APIs/Connect SQL -with strong SQL Programming Experience. 

Responsibilities:  

Developing the latest user-facing features using React.js or Node.js with strong experience in Java script. 

Designing a modern highly responsive web-based user interface using React.js or Node.js. 

Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use 

Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code 

Working with business understanding Property and Causality insurance domain PL/CL Business insurance requirements and translate into technologically feasible design and integration with different systems.  

Coordinating with various teams working on distinct layers 

As a React.js or Node.js UI experienced developer, you will be involved from conception to completion with projects that are technologically sound and aesthetically impressive. 

Experience using Spring Boot -with React.js or Node.js Front End. 

Developer you should be able to connect React.js Front End with Back End System using Spring Boot Model /REST Controller /DAO-Data JPA,H2 and Thymeleaf- good working experience using Micro Services. 

End to End Hands on development experience using React.js or Node.js front end integrating back end with Spring Boot via REST Services. 

Added weightage given to candidate who used React.js front end, with Spring Boot with Pega Rules Engine for BPM Workflows. 

Technical skills:  

Strong Experience in Pega BPM with CSSA Certification , at least CSA Certified with Experience is must 

Experience in Java UI development experience using React or Node.js  applications which uses Java UI Front End is must. 

Strong Pega BPM Experience with all integration connectors and services important. 

Strong Pega Case Management and Class Structure and Integration Design experience with other non Pega systems. 

Strong Pega data model mapping with varies property type rules and integrating with Predictive Model. 

Experience developing applications which uses Java UI Front End with Pega Rules Engine asset. 

Any Java UI development experience is must, it can be previous Java UI /full stack /react.js/Node.js experience with any ORM frame works experience Spring Boot/ Strut Framework 

Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and experience in React.js 

Experience in developing and integrating different system using RESTful APIs 

Familiarity with HTML / CSS 

Experience in integrating React.js with back end using Spring Boot Model/REST Controller /DAO Data JPA with different databases using Java POJO O/R Mapping. 

Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements 

Experience  with code versioning tools git and CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins required. 

Strong Experience in SQL Programming/ Developing Pega Connect SQL Rules. 

Non-technical skills:  

Team player 

Excellent time-management skills 

Great interpersonal and communication skills. 

Constantly need to update new Pega Skills based on latest versions. 

Graduates with Min. of 12+4 Campus Education (BE / M.Sc / MCA)  

Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage  "
