Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant at JB Media Team LLC. The Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, coordinating and organizing travel, managing correspondence, daily posting on social media accounts, miscellaneous taks, etc. This role is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with some work from home flexibility.

• Organizational and Time Management skills
• Administrative Support and Coordination skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Instagram and Tik Tok
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in the marketing or media industry is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
