The Role:

We are looking for a personal assistant to support a creator on our roster for an in-person position. This role is ideal for a self-starter and someone who not only enjoys social media, but is well versed in various digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Organize travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and event logistics.
• Handle personal tasks and errands as needed to support the creator’s productivity
• Provide correspondence to business DMs on creator’s behalf via admin access (1 - 1.5 hours a day)
• Manage expenses and receipts for financial tracking.
• Provide support during in-person events including onsite photography and real time video capture
• Coordinate necessary errands and travel required by the creator, which may include clothing returns (via Courier or in-person), restaurant reservations, and making routine or general appointments
• Ability to take notes during both personal and business meetings

Qualifications

• Superb communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and very organized
• Open to a flexible working schedule
• A positive attitude and keen team player
• Professional experience in communicating with high level talent or public figures
• Working knowledge with platforms including Meta, iMessage, etc.
• Bonus: you have experience in personal assisting
