Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Hott Source Recruitment Director @ Hott Source Recruitment Role: Physical Technical Security Officer Clearance: TS/SCI CI Poly A leading organization supporting U.S. Intelligence and Defense operations is seeking a Physical Technical Security Officer holding an active TS/SCI w/CI Poly to oversee all physical and technical security requirements across secure facilities in the Fairfax area. This position requires you to have experience the NRO or NRO facility. Key Responsibilities: Ensure facility construction and modifications meet ICD 705, TEMPEST, and DoD/IC requirements Serve as Construction Security Manager (CSM), reviewing and managing CSPs, FFCs, and other accreditation documentation Coordinate closely with internal operations, contractors, and government partners to ensure physical security compliance Manage access control, intrusion detection, CCTV systems, and after-hours guard services Support self-inspections, formal reviews, and maintain current accreditation records Assist in development of security SOPs and protection plans Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in security-related discipline Significant experience at or supporting the NRO Hands-on experience managing SCIF construction/accreditation and secure facility modifications Strong knowledge of ICD 705, NISPOM, TEMPEST, and related federal security guidelines Proven ability to manage multiple projects and interface with stakeholders across agencies 401k: Employer contributes 25% of base salary, no employee contribution required ($25,000 – $50,000 annually, paid in monthly) Benefits Account (can be spent on benefits or taken as cash): 25% of base salary ($25,000 – $50,000) Fully flexible working hours (you choose start/finish time) Up to 8 Weeks’ PTO Life Insurance Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Quality Assurance Industries Defense and Space Manufacturing and Security and Investigations #J-18808-Ljbffr Hott Source
