About the Role

We’re hiring  Physical Therapy Aides (PT Techs) who are energized by an outpatient/sports environment and eager to build hands-on experience. This is an ideal role for  college students or gap-year students pursuing PT, PA, ATC, or Medical School and who want meaningful exposure to medical professions.

This is a  part-time or full-time, onsite position with openings at all three of our clinics.

What You’ll Do

• Support PTs with exercise instruction, patient flow, and clinic organization
• Prepare and maintain treatment spaces
• Assist patients with equipment, exercise setup, and basic movement routines
• Assist with modalities within the clinic (heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation)
• Contribute to a warm, positive, athlete-focused clinic environment
• Help with administrative tasks as needed including scheduling, answering phones, check-in and check-out process, etc.

What You Bring

• Interest in physical therapy, sports performance, or healthcare
• Clear, professional communication with a positive attitude
• Reliability, initiative, and a strong team mindset
• Preferably come with a passion for all sports and active lifestyle
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift 20–30 lbs, move equipment, and be active throughout the shift

Compensation & Benefits

• $14+/hour (dependent on experience, education and availability)
