RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing a medical group based out of Miami, FL that is seeking a Practice Manager to join their team.

This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role with excellent compensation and benefits plan.

Our client is comprised of board-certified physicians with that provide their patients with the highest level of treatment, analytical, and preventative care.

They have multiple locations throughout the south Florida area that consist of 5+ offices, medical centers, and they perform surgeries in hospitals all throughout South Florida.

The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

This role involves supervising and developing staff, managing financial and administrative functions, and fostering strong provider and patient relationships to support practice growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Leadership Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
• Financial Oversight Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and oversee copay, petty cash, and reimbursement procedures.
• Patient Care & Service Maintain high standards of patient registration, insurance verification, referral/authorization processes, and customer service.
• Quality & Productivity Track physician documentation, patient volume, workflow efficiency, and call center performance; implement process improvements.
• Safety & Risk Management Oversee medical equipment functionality, drug sample storage, expired medication disposal, and facility safety protocols.
